Processing and Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details to monitor your order.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: Products will be delivered within 10-12 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical delays.

Payment Options

  • Prepaid Orders: Faster processing since no verification is required.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders without extra charges. COD orders will be verified before dispatch.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we are not offering international delivery but will be expanding soon.

  • Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are accurate to avoid delays.

  • Elegone will not be responsible for delays caused by customs or other external factors.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Elegone, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please read our policy below for details:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Intimate wear, such as lingerie or swimwear.

  • Products damaged due to improper use.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will process a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Additional Information

  • Returns and exchanges are valid only for orders within India at this time.

  • For international orders, we currently do not support returns or exchanges.
